Terms of Service
Effective: September 7, 2026
1. Service
VendorWindow provides analytical B2B sales intelligence derived from lawful public commercial records and related analytical context. The service may include timing signals, public-record references, event dates, same-address context, search, and exports.
2. No guarantee of purchasing intent or results
VendorWindow does not guarantee that any person or organization intends to purchase security products or services. Signals do not guarantee projects, budgets, contracts, meetings, sales, revenue, or any other business outcome.
3. Data limitations
Public records may be delayed, incomplete, corrected, unavailable, or inaccurate. VendorWindow may apply analytical logic to public events, but users remain responsible for evaluating the source evidence and making their own business decisions.
4. Lawful use
You may use the service only for lawful business purposes. You are responsible for complying with laws and rules that apply to your outreach, marketing, communications, privacy practices, and use of public-record information.
5. No government affiliation
VendorWindow is an independent service and is not a government agency. References to public records or public agencies do not imply sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, or affiliation.
6. Accounts and access
You are responsible for safeguarding access to your account and for activity performed through it. Access may be limited, suspended, or terminated for misuse or nonpayment.
7. Fees and billing environment
The published plan price, billing interval, taxes, and checkout terms govern paid use. When VendorWindow displays Stripe TEST MODE, sandbox activity does not represent a real charge or live paid subscription. When live billing is displayed, completing checkout creates a real subscription subject to these terms and the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
8. Changes to service
VendorWindow may change features, source coverage, analytical methods, pricing, or these terms as the product develops. Material changes should be reflected in the published terms or product notices.
9. Disclaimer
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VendorWindow disclaims implied warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular sales outcome.
10. Limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VendorWindow will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service or reliance on a signal.
11. Support
Support requests can be submitted through the VendorWindow Support page. Billing management and cancellation are designed to be self-serve and do not require a sales or retention call.
