Privacy Policy
Effective: September 9, 2026
1. Scope
This policy describes VendorWindow’s privacy practices for the website and service. VendorWindow focuses on commercial sales intelligence from lawful public commercial records.
2. Website information
Hosting and service providers may process routine technical information such as IP address, browser/device information, timestamps, and request logs needed to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the site.
VendorWindow also uses limited first-party, cookie-free funnel measurement to understand whether outreach reaches the site and whether visitors view the free sample, pricing, or checkout. The stored analytics fields are event type, page path, campaign tags supplied in the URL, referrer hostname, and timestamp. VendorWindow does not use this system to store visitor names, email addresses, full referrer URLs, or cross-site advertising identifiers, and the client-side tracker is disabled when Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track is enabled.
3. Customer and support information
VendorWindow may collect business contact information, account information, company name, support-request content, and related operational information needed to provide the service, administer billing, maintain access, and respond to support requests.
4. Public-record information
VendorWindow may process information contained in lawful public commercial records for analytical business-intelligence purposes. The product is not positioned as a consumer people-search or private-data service.
5. Payments
Payment processing is provided through Stripe checkout and billing tools. VendorWindow does not need to receive your full payment-card number. When the site displays TEST MODE, Stripe sandbox activity does not represent a real charge.
6. Sharing
VendorWindow may use service providers for hosting, billing, communications, and operational needs. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or necessary to protect rights, security, or service integrity.
7. Retention
Information is retained as reasonably necessary for the service, legal obligations, security, dispute resolution, support, and legitimate business operations.
8. Security
Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
9. Changes
This policy may be updated as VendorWindow’s systems, providers, or legal requirements change. Material updates should be reflected by revising the effective date.
10. Contact
Privacy or account questions can be submitted through the VendorWindow Support page.
